Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

VaultMoto ships motorcycle parts and accessories to customers worldwide. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time depend on the destination, product, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever tracking is available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain countries. If we are unable to ship an item to your destination, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution or refund.

Delivery & Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a package may be deducted from any applicable refund.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact VaultMoto as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos or video showing the item, packaging, and any damage where applicable

If the problem is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Returns

Most unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in resalable condition
• Include the original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and included components
• Show no signs of installation, modification, damage, or misuse
• Include proof of purchase or the VaultMoto order number

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Unless the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by VaultMoto, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.

Motorcycle Part Fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their motorcycle before ordering.

Please carefully check the motorcycle make, model, year, engine version, part number, dimensions, and product description before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a part fits your motorcycle, please contact us before placing your order.

A product ordered incorrectly because of vehicle incompatibility may still be eligible for return if it meets our normal return conditions, but the customer will normally be responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Custom-made or special-order products
• Products that have been installed or used
• Modified or damaged products
• Products missing original components or packaging
• Items that cannot reasonably be resold for safety or hygiene reasons

Any exceptions will be identified on the relevant product page where applicable.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days after approval for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund. Processing times vary between financial institutions.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions described above, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow the standard return procedure.
