DESCRIPTION
The Super Adventure Absøluteshell™ Jacket is a motorcycle jacket that offers maximum versatility for those who want to comfortably embark on adventurous off-road journeys in temperate or very hot climates, without sacrificing safety and functionality when riding standing or sitting. Its modular construction offers the option of detaching a windproof cover from the upper body, making the jacket suitable for summer and high temperatures thanks to the underlying air mesh construction and breathable mesh lining. For even greater versatility, the upper body cover is also equipped with ventilation zippers on the chest and back. Together with the ventilation zippers on the sleeves, they allow you to adjust the airflow to your body as needed. In rain and inclement weather, the removable Absøluteshell™ membrane is practical; it can be worn both over the jacket for protection from water or inside as an additional thermal barrier when temperatures drop. Because the membrane is packable, it can be easily stowed in the rear cargo pocket, which, thanks to the expansion zipper, can also accommodate the torso cover. The versatility of this garment in terms of weather conditions is coupled with the extreme versatility it offers when combined with various protector configurations: for example, the Super Adventure Absøluteshell™ jacket has a fit compatible with off-road chest protectors and safety jackets when the EN 1621.1 Level 2 certified composite shoulder and elbow protectors with which it is equipped are removed. The level of protection of this EN 17092 AA-certified motorcycle garment can be further enhanced not only by the pockets for the Type G back protector and the Pro-Armor Chest 2 PCs chest protector, but also by the pre-installation for wearing it over the Smart Air airbag device, which analyzes the correct fit with and without the airbag worn internally, taking advantage of the elastic construction and the bellows on the back. Reflective inserts complete the features for active safety in low-visibility conditions. This jacket is made of Duratex™ fabric and features ripstop inserts on the shoulders and elbows, which must adapt to different internal volume configurations. It also features S1 stretch fabric inserts and extensive fit adjustment options on the neck, sides, sleeves, and cuffs.
